Custom Hyperflite Discs

Hyperflite can imprint your company or organization logo on a Competition Standard flying disc, Z-Disc, or a Competition Standard Pup disc. Hyperflite flying discs were developed by world disc champions to provide the best aerodynamic features for their size and weight. One-color hotstamp jobs require a die charge of $70, but set-up is included.

Imprint Color

One hotstamp color (blue, green, red, etc.) is included. Additional colors are subject to a $70 die charge and .25 per disc charge per color. If multiple colors are ordered, there will be a 15% (+ or -) quantity adjustment in your order.

Disc Color

Competition Standard, Z-Disc, and Pup discs are white. Other disc colors are available for an additional charge of .10 each (Black, Orange, Pink, White, and Yellow).

Artwork Requirements

Computer artwork must be in vector format (eps, pdf, or ai [Adobe Illustrator]). Please submit all artwork in black and white (no grays or shading) with fonts converted to outlines. Reproduction is most successful with small areas of coverage and by leaving the center of the disc (about a quarter's size) free. Please note, we are unable to create dies from .jpg, .png, .gif, Photoshop, or other raster-formatted artwork files. The image quality of such formats is not of a suitable quality for the creation of hot stamping dies.

We require pre-payment on all custom orders: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa accepted (and PayPal).

Shipping

Competition Standard discs F.O.B., Atlanta, Georgia. Freight is prepaid and added to the invoice. 100 discs per case. Case size is 19" x 19" x 16," weight per carton is 26 lbs.

Z-Discs F.O.B., Atlanta, Georgia. Freight is prepaid and added to the invoice. 100 discs per case. Case size is 19" x 19" x 16," weight per carton is 29 lbs.

Competition Standard Pup discs F.O.B., Atlanta, Georgia. Freight is prepaid and added to the invoice. 100 discs per case. Case size is 15" x 15" x 12," weight per carton is 15 lbs.

Production Time

Normal production turnaround is 3-4 weeks.

Competition Standard discs/Z-Discs

The Competition Standard disc is approximately 8.75" in diameter, weighs 105 grams and supports a full 4.75" imprint area. The Z-Disc is approximately 9.25" in diameter, weighs 113 grams and supports a full 4.75" imprint area.
